Table view scrolling performance problem in version 1.6.2 (version 1.6.1 is OK)

Tested on Android device with Table View (Layout 2) example from Kitchen Sink.
In Mobile SDK 1.6.2 you almost cannot scroll the table, while in Mobile SDK 1.6.1 it works OK.

I've seen similar issues with tables as well. In general, table performance on Android is very poor - I've had to completely change a design to accommodate this shortcoming - but the difference between 1.6.1 & 1.6.2 is dramatic. 1.6.1 is poor, 1.6.2 is UNUSABLE.
The daily builds of 1.7 are no better.
